Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: 5–10 business days

  • Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, restocks, or high-volume periods.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

We currently ship within:

  • United States (Domestic Shipping)

  • International shipping available upon request (message us before ordering)

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Order Changes & Address Errors

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly.
Because of this:

  • We cannot guarantee changes to your order (address changes, product swaps, cancellations).

  • If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at rmcustomdesigns@hotmail.com and we will do our best to help.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, it is out of our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly or file a claim. We will assist when possible but cannot issue refunds or replacements for carrier issues.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email us at rmcustomdesigns@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review and make it right.
